Our sleek handcrafted, hands-free caviar serving belt is engineered for roaming caviar service at high-volume hospitality events. The Roaming Caviar Belt consolidates chilled caviar storage in a stainless steel roll-top server, blini dispensing, and condiment application into a single genuine leather waist-mounted belt, allowing a single host to deliver complete caviar service without a stationary setup.
Standard Belt components:
*Insulated Caviar Server: Stainless steel vessel with roll-top caviar server, designed to hold standard caviar tins on a chilled bed. The roll-top construction maintains safe serving temperature throughout extended service windows, eliminating the need for a fixed ice station. Interior accommodates multiple tin sizes of caviar tins from 125g to 250g.
* Three Acrylic Dispensers: Three clear acrylic gravity-feed cylinders mounted side by side for visibility and stock monitoring at a glance. Each cylinder holds standard-size blinis and a squeeze bottle for dispensing with quick, single-hand retrieval.
* Napkin holder for up to 5x5 standard sized cocktail napkins
*Belt and Mounting: Adjustable waist strap with balanced weight distribution across the front carriage. Components are positioned within the natural reach zone for one-handed assembly of each serving: blini, caviar, finish, serve. Available in small, medium and large
